Beirut needs to be brought back as the center of dialogue for women’s rights in the Arab world, Bahia Hariri said at a news conference announcing the third New Arab Women Forum Wednesday.The conference publicizing the two-day forum, which is set to take place on October 15 at Beirut’s Intercontinental Phoenicia Hotel, gave the organizers a chance to outline their proposals for how to further women’s rights in the region.
